How much do you charge for attorney fees and expert fees?

My law firm does not charge the owner any attorney’s fees or any cost. The file to supreme court, and the file to legislator is specifically set out how we are to be paid, and it’s based on the benefits obtained for the client. Our firm is confident that in our representation we will be able to increase the offer that the government pays, therefore our fee is guaranteed. It’s paid separately, but it’s based on how much of an increase are we able to get for the land owner or the business.

Some firms want a piece of the land owner’s money, we don’t need that. We’re well established and we’re very confident in our ability to increase the offers, and your full compensation is paid.
