Should I be afraid to dispute the government’s claims?

The United States Constitution prohibits the government from taking private property for a public purpose without paying just compensation. Under the Florida Constitution, full compensation needs to be paid. There’s typically going to be a dispute as to what full compensation is. Experts dispute this all the time. So, you as private property owner should never be afraid to assert your rights, to full compensation for your property interests. Without having to worry about the government doing anything to you.
